She said "Honey, you're no lover. You're no lover and you sing out of key"
Transistor Transistor just gets better and better.
Not much going on really. I'm receiving my MP3-player today or tomorrow. I'm running down to the post-office in my lunch-break to see if it's arrived. It's a Sony HD-5, and I'm hoping that it's kick ass. It's a bit crap that you have to use the Sonicstage program to transfer the cd's/songs, but I hear that it's better than iTunes so that's alright.
Yesterday my mom told me at dinner that my "old-aunt"(don't know what the English-term is, but I think that she's my mom's aunt or something(?)), Petrine had been run down by a cyclist in her town. She came out of it with a black eye and thankfully no major injuries, but the worst part was that the cyclist just got on his bike, said "watch your step, old lady" and went on his way. He didn't even help her up. An old frail woman... Now, I'm not a violent person. Just ask anybody. But if I'd been there I don't think I could hold myself from running after that guy and... well, you get the general idea. People are so goddamn careless.
I finished The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Night-Time and it was, as the several newspapers/authors exclaimed on the cover of the book, an outstanding book. I haven't read anything like it ever. People reviewing it often said "you'll laugh out loud on one page, and want to cry on another", and it's all true. Great book. Go get it! It's a very easy read, as well as being dead good.
I've nothing else to add except HAPPY BIRTHDAY CECILIE!!
Go congratulate her
