And we won't be breathing in the same sun again.
None of this will ever surface again. How we get older, how we forget about each other.

Completely done with school now, so I'm listening to the first song from Converge's Petitioning The Empty Sky, and it fits my mood quite well right now. At least lyrically. I'm not in the mood for getting brutal to the maximum etc... cause that's how Converge play, ya know? Brutal, to the max.
Anyway, got our diplomas last night and it finally sunk in that I wouldn't be seeing a lot of these people again. I found it a bit weird that I wasn't all that bummed out about it. Well, at least not until later on.

Being done with three years of school needed celebrating, so John and I went to a party hosted by the music students featured in this previous post. We just sat there and talked to each other, and it was reasonably mellow. Some casual sing-alongs were made, and one of the hostess's was a bit cranky at the beginning of the night but in a purely entertaining sorta way. People came and went throughout the night, and it was a nice party. When it was time to leave, about 4 in the morning, John and I started talking about not seeing many of these people anymore. And how weird it was that we would miss most of these music-students more than many people in our own class. And we've only really known them since after the trip to Prague in October or something. John knows them a bit better than me though. Bit sad about the fact that I've lost out on a few of the parties he's been able to go to... That bastard. So Mona, Margrethe and Bjørg: I'll definitely miss your parties that always are a whole lot of fun!

That being said: KorgenRock05 was last weekend! Woooooooo! Our very own local two-day festival was unleashed last Friday, and my big bro' and his compadre's(also known as Fumar Mata) were the second last band on the bill. I only bothered to check them, and the headliner out 'cause I'm really lazy, ya know? Anywho, they rocked. A lot. And I get to see them again this Saturday. Yayness! They've come a pretty long way since I saw them play a while back, a year ago give or take, and I got goosebumps all over on most of the songs. They are the next big thing... Oh yes. Check 'em out here. If you can't figure out how to download the songs(because of it being in norwegian!), just comment and I will sort you out.

That's it for now. I'm Karsten Weseth, and I'm saying good bile for now.
