Windmill, windmill for the land. Is everybody in?
Well, hello there.

I don't know if my last post seemed sad or anything, but I assure I've no sadness on the matter. The days go by just like before, and I've left what's going on between my parents for them to settle. Because that's what the sociologist I saw on TV this week said. It was on a national teenagershow called Guru, and they had a small special on parents divorcing. When I saw it I just thought... cosmic. Harr!

Ok... What else is new: This week has been the official dress-up week for the seniors at my school. The themes were as follows: Pyjamas, Farmer, Career, 60s/70s/80s and Superhero. I only had a half-decent costume for the first two days, and for the other days I just said: "I'll be a student forever / What? My hair is totally retro, don't give me no lip for not having a costume / Who am I? I'm Spider-Man. So I totally nailed the entire week. You can see some pictures here. I'm just in one of them, looking like a total doofus. But then again I had just taken a little swin in ice-water, so who can blame me for looking a bit confounded?

That was the other thing that happened this week. Me and about 7 others, went to take a quick dip in the local river. It has to do with the Russ-tradition, and the ones who take a bath before the first of May, gets a special knot in their Russ-hat. So there. Quite stupid and scoffable, but hey, it's tradition.

I remember now that I totally forgot to write my thoughts on Firefly, the TV-series that me and my bro' bought on DVD. It's set in the distant future with spaceships and whatnot, but get this: No aliens. It's described as a Space-Western, and I have to agree. The laser-type guns looks like ye olde sixshooters, there are horsies, there's a boatload of outlaws and mercenaries, and there are hookers!#""ยง Sorry, I mean companions. When my bro' asked me to go dutch on this DVD-box, I was kind of indifferent and I wasn't really psyched or anything about it, but I'd heard people raving about it so I thought: Why not?
And I'm glad I thought as I did, because that show is flippin' terrific! Good story, humour, characters, ambience, the works. An allround brilliant show, and I can't believe those stupid Americans for cancelling it after just one season. Frickin' idiots! But they're making a movie so I'm at least looking forward to that. I recommend that you invest in this show because it's all you need. Shit is bangin'.

Hmm. I think I'll say that's all folks and go to bed now.

Night...and curtains.
