I know... you live till you die
I'm such a slow person.
Well, I guess it's not entirely my fault that I haven't been able to write until now(Sunday), but I can't say that I didn't have the opportunity. 'nuff excuses, let's get down to the business at hand shall we?
I got back from the Prague/Berlin-trip on monday, and it was good to be home. I won't give you the full rundown on how the journey went just yet. I think you'll have to wait until the next weekend for that. I'm not in the mood for trying to remember things now.
So about why I didn't write anything yesterday:
I went down to downtown-Korgen to visit a friend I hadn't spent time with for ages, and we ended up going to a friend of my friend to hang, and we basically stayed there the whole night.
When Anders(the friend of my friend) had made some food, they decided to call up one of my old classmates, Terje. This was kind of funny, 'cause I hadn't seen him since we left school 3 years ago. He hadn't changed one bit.
After we'd eaten, Terje decided that we should go try some Singstar for the Playstation2. It's the game where you hook up some microphones to the PS2, and try to hit the notes in different songs. The songs included: Madonna - Like A Virgin, The Darkness - I Believe In A Thing Called Love and Jamelia - Superstar.
This was Hella-Fun! Terje and myself, ended up as the most competetive. He had the upperhand on the first couple of songs, but then I kicked his ass as much as he kicked mine. It was so much fun that I'm thinking of investing in one of those myself. I can only see the possibilities it would have at a party or something. Fun-alert!
I was supposed to get picked up by my parents in a taxi when the Singstar-competition was over, but the taxi was running late so I decided to walk towards the house they were at, so that the cab-fare would get reduced at least a little.
One thing I tend to do when I'm walking alone at night when it's very dark, is to imagine horrible things. Like last night, I went past the Town Hall, and I heard this shaking noise. Sort of like a door being shaked when you can't open it, but it was more metal-like. A clanking-noise if you will. At first I thought: "Hmm, that kind of sounds like someone is trapped inside the building", and then it just snowballed into horrifying thoughts about what was happening. Like if there was a person in there, there would be something horrible that was chasing him, and he was trying to shake the door to get me, or anyone, hear him, so that they could let him out from that ghastly place. I knew that no such thing was happening, but inside I just waited for the shaking to stop, signaling that that horrible thing had caught up with him.
I also saw the most terrifying window, ever! It was in the building where the local library is. The lights were out in every window, except one which had this dull yellow light coming from it. I stared at it for a while, just waiting for someone running by with someone behind them trying to kill them or something like that.
Boy, I sure was glad when my parents came to pick me up.
The lesson in this story is to not let me go out alone, late at night.
I dount I'll write anything else this weekend, but I'll see what I can do about the Prague Chapters next weekend.
Bye
