But you look confused and you don't know what to do
Dude.
I think my last post could seem very confusing. I keep changing on what tense I'm in. I don't think I can be bothered to change it, but at least now you have a heads-up of sorts.
So I went driving today. I'm soon to be 18, and I've only gone test-driving(?) twice now. And you can go test-driving the moment you turn 16, so I haven't really been like the keenest driver. But it doesn't really matter because I can't afford a driver's lisence... or a car for that matter. I'll just have to go for public transportation and my dad. I'm currently mortified of the thought of driving on the open road, but my grandad told me that after your third drive it all gets a lot better. And he was inches away from quiting his driving-lessons after the second time. So I guess patience is my virtue in this case. My little brother was along for the driving today, and he did much better than me. I guess I should be embarrassed, but seeing as I have driven less than he has, I'm not.
As you know, I get new favorite bands all the time. For the moment it's this cool Sunderland four-piece, called The Futureheads. They play rock, brit-style I suppose, and it's catchy as hell! I've only heard one song by them, and it's the best song I've heard in ages. It makes you feel happy no matter what. They got an 8.3-rating from Pitchforkmedia, and they don't give just anyone 8.3, so that's a definite plus.
My birthday is coming up in T-Minus 17 days, so I want you to have birthday-greetings at the ready! I'm becoming 18 and that's just before we go to Prague. Muahaha. I don't think that I'll go nuts or anything, but I think it'll be fun to rub it in the faces of those who haven't turned 18 yet. In your face Lars! Ahahahahha.
Dinner is on so I have to go eat. Meh.
Later.
